Born in Monroe in 1900 Alma married George E Tomlinson in July 1926 at which time she and George moved to Detroit. In 1940 Alma gave birth to their daughter, Jeanne E Tomlinson who went on to marry Richard Paul " Dick Kohn in 1962. Dick and Jeanne had three children. Karen, R Paul Jr and Kristin.
